Pouilly-Fume Corty Intro

The Pouilly-Fumé of Patrice Moreux comes from three different terroirs, located around the village of Pouilly-Fumé. The mix of terroirs consists of fire and limestone with clay, which gives the wine the typical fumé character, in addition to a pleasant elegance.
The vineyards are plowed and organically cultivated, biodynamic methods are applied during vinification. The average age of the vines is 30 years, which makes for a pleasant length. The wine has a nice fresh attack with notes of citrus, black currant leaf and a touch of flint. The taste of the wine is expressive, invigorating, pure and it has a finely dosed freshness.
