Château Petit Bois was born through the love story between a man, Robert Vergniol and the appellation Lussac. In 1947, Robert Vergniol decided to buy the land that is today the identity of Château Petit Bois. With careful accuracy and and successful investments in the business, he turned what was then just unused land and a few vines into a fantastic property in the heart of Lussac. Today, his son Bernard is responsible for the vineyard and helps maintain and develop the fame of this wine worldwide.Great aromas of red fruit that burst into tones of cherries and wild berries. Complex and fruity aroma of morello cherries. Well-balanced taste, with a soft and smooth structure of plums, cherries and licorice. Intense and concentrated, with a long finish.
