100% natural raspberry flavouring is added to the lambic. After the beer has matured for a while in oak barrels, it turns a delicate shade of pink. Timmermans Framboise is fairly dry and moreish. The Timmermans Brewery is the world’s oldest lambic brewery and dates back to 1702.
