Earthy aromas and flavours of apple core and skin, earth, and nut shell with a silky, bright, medium body and a tingling, appealing, medium-length honey baked apple, lemon granita, and melon finish with fine, dusty, fruit tannins and a suggestion of oak. A nice dry earthy chardonnay.
